2012 – 2013 Reflections Theme….

The Reflections Program is a National PTA and WSPTA cultural arts competition. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for students to use their creative talents by expressing themselves through their own original works, in one or more of three art forms. Each year the Reflections Program challenges students to create art that supports a specific theme. Themes are selected from thousands of ideas submitted by students to the Nation PTA’s Reflections Program Theme Search.

Snoqualmie Elementary participates in 3 categories:

  • Visual Art, Photography, and Literature (poetry, prose). Visual Art entries may not exceed 24”x30” and must be no more than 3/8” thick.
  • Photographs must be mounted on boards no more than 11”x14” and must be no more than 3/8” thick.
  • Literature entries may not exceed 2,000 words, handwritten or typed on 8 ½”x 11” paper.
